I use it to cover my FreeStyle Libre CGM sensor and went on a cruise recently. I was able to snorkel and swim for hrs without any issues. They are all you need and work better than any dressing I've ever used. Placing these over a bandage or gauze would defeat their purpose, and seal in possible germs and bacteria from the bandage application. Not to mention you will likely have to deal with the bandage or gauze lifting the scab upon removal. Please Goggle this product and read about these type of bandages! Sounds like many people are misusing them. **Q: Just want to make sure before ordering that these are completely transparent?
