The throw out bearing has some kind of plastic fiber where the clutch fork connects. I used it for a 3=4 years and changed to a old school all steel bearing when I swapped engines. The bearing that came with the kit was fine though. Their clutch kits are consistently top-quality, come with everything you need, including an alignment tool that fits and spline lube. Other kits under other brands are usually made by Valeo, which is good, too, but not as high of quality as Luk. Even Centerforce clutches start with Luk parts!
