Now the orange ones are larger 2.75inches if you have larger size hands or need to really stretch your hands and like having hand cramps then try them ... i dont need them the original ones blue and black special edition ones are fine with me.. Now they have just came out with a new size they are black with orange writing one them called FAT GRIPZ ONE they are 1.75inches if you go to there webpage you will see these are made for pull ups ..deadlifts ,,,bench press .... i will be getting these real soon ...
