**Q: will it on a1999 johnson 130hp outboard?**
A: It should work, whether it is a 2 or a 4 stroke.

**Q: Will this work on a Suzuki DF350**
A: if your motor has a 1/2" trim rod or smaller

**Q: Will it fit a 2011 Evinrude e-tec HO 250hp?**
A: I honestly feel that it will.  You can cut down the rubber pretty easily to make it fit your motor when it is tilted up fully.  I have a Verado 200, but I did a lot of research before I purchased it and I know people with E-tec's reported that it worked without issue.

**Q: will it fit a Yamaha four stroke 70?**
A: probably,if you have a 1/2" trim rod
