Silicone adhesives are waterproof, and would withstand the outdoor use better. Use a grout sealer that is intended to prevent absorption and permanent staining to keep your mosaics looking fantastic. **Q: For sculpture project, will this bond large sheets of cardboard together?** A: Yes, you can bond large sheets of cardboard together. **Q: Is this food safe? I would like to use it to seal terracotta pots that we will be growing herbs in.** A: I would say yes.. it is basically a strong water souluable elmers type glue. I would use it on terra cotta pots. **Q: Can i mix this with premixed grout to make it stick better to a wall -a vertical surface? If so, should i mix it or just put a layer on the wall first** A: You should not mix the glue with grout.
