It’s advertised for migraines but it can be used on any area of the body (neck, knee, heel, calf, toes, biceps, etc) where there is pain. Eliminates the pain fast. My elderly relative has various aches and pains that can be brought under control fast, and I mean fast. The strips last a maximum of 5 hours before they dry out but I check or remove them after 4 hours. Way better than ice packs with no need to refrigerate or guess how much ice you have to put in and ice bag. The adhesive works great. And if it’s a big area, you can easily put on two strips (or more) to cover the problem area. My relative always says these strips work better than a pain pill.
