From the product description:Product features: 10ft Wiring harness 40A power relay 30A blade fuse Toggle switch (On/Off) 2 sets of power connectors to light fixtures **Q: Is the switch lit all the time, or just when in the "on" position?** A: The switch they sent me was not the same as the red one they show. It ended up being all black with a small red dot that only lights up when it's in the on position. I wish it would stay lit all the time because sometimes it's difficult to find at night when I want to use it. Other than that, it's a very clean set up. **Q: Why does the harness have two power sources** A: The positive that is connected to the relay feeds to your lights. Make sure this & the ground are connected to the battery. The other set is to power the on/off toggle switch. When your lights are on it will glow red (light inside). I connected the power for it to the battery and have the ground connected under my steering wheel. Note that the ground cable for the on/off switch is rather short so you're better off squeezing it under a screw somewhere under the steering wheel. (I used the screw holding my hood release down). Lastly, if you think that the red light is not too important and try to wire it without powering the toggle switch, it's not going to work. I'm guessing it sends a small jolt to the relay that flips the lights on/off.
