There is no other measuring unit given like millilitres etc. But that is not an issue as one cup is 250 ml which is the standard American measuring unit for a cup. I cross checked this by comparing it with the plastic measuring cup I have which has measurements in millilitres on it. Also what grade of stainless?** A: I wouldn't say the edges are sharp, they arr thin. I bought them because The American Test Kitchen did a study on measuring cups and these were evaluated as the best. I have no idea what grade the stainless is.
