Once applied, the gel will feel slightly moist for 15-20 seconds, but after that it will dry to a very natural yet integral texture; not too stiff so that it feels like you can't move anything from your eyes upwards, but not too light so that it feels like your brow hairs will shift during the day. I will say that this eyebrow gel will eventually fade by the end of the day, but for an average person like me that's no problem as I'd be wanting to take it off anyway. If you are however a creature of the night, a couple more coats of this before heading out will keep your eyebrows looking great & staying in place for hours to come.
