It was huge on my 5 year old. FYI it was not velvet like described. Still a decent cape, but far from being velvet **Q: Is the cloak made of cotton?** A: We bought this several years ago now, but my recollection is it felt more of a polyester or polyester blend than cotton. **Q: Is the size adjustable or strictly Medium** A: The size is adjustable at the neck as it is a a tie you can tie it as loose or as right as needed.
