Product is pretty damn clever for a nest. I was surprised on how discreet it looks when mounted and the ability to move the angle of the best camera inside the dome. Most times it's just a fixed angle. I mounted with double sided tape to avoid drilling into my siding. So far so good. Night vision is actually really good as well. There is a slight ring but you can clearly make out an object if it walks insight of the camera. Long distance, not so much. I'd recommend mounting high up, away from an direct light and pointing directly at a door or object for visibility. Overall for the price and quality - A+

Great case only issue is when the night vision activates all you see is the reflection of the cameras IR lights.

I like the materials they used in making this dome casing for nest cam. However, in my opinion there is one thing that they forgot --heat-sink feature. Most outdoor casings have these because it helps absorb the heat the camera produces (to avoid overheating) especially when the location of the camera will be outdoors. I tried going to their manufacturer's website and contact them to ask about it but it seems they either closed or changed their comapany name, who knows.....Bottom line, it needs a heat sink!
