Both versions are available on www.cc-feb.com/butter...at almost the same price. I think the people that has been complaining must be using the 3.5 inch thicker butter. This model is only for the original skinny 5 inch stick butter form. **Q: I own this product and love it, however, I can't figure out how to reload it !! Help !** A: Take the top off (top that says "butter"); turn product upside down and either shake or click until the white square pusher clip falls out; put a stick of butter into chamber and replace the white square pusher with the arrow facing towards the back; and then replace the top!
