Review: *Updated* Pricey, but worth it. Great customer service. - I expected this to be overpriced for what would amount to a fancy pop socket, but I have been very pretty pleasantly surpised. The ring/kickstand works great and seems to hold position really well. My big concern was the kickstand wearing down and not holding the phone up after a little while, but it really is well made. I got one of their cases as well, and that's also been a win. I mean, I spent close to $95 on the two, but I dropped my phone on tile from a ladder with this case on and didn't even get a scratch. The case itself is haunted by the ghost of my broken iPhoneX, so that sucks sometimes. I plan to bring it to a church and get that handled though. So all in all, I recommend. *Updated after dealing with customer service* So I had the same issue with the rubber wearing down and pulling away from the stand. As annoying as that glue can be, I contacted customer service and got a reply within a day. They are shipping me a brand new one. I leave my phone all over the place, so I'm not surprised that the rubber wore down. However, I am surprised by how quickly Rokform stood behind their product and made it right. Don't let the price or the handful of detractors sway you. You get what you pay for and I'm happy I spent a little more for this quality of product and customer service.
Review: Correction - Well when I first received it, it took me a bit to get over the over sized ring and the fact it's locked in and wont swivel without removing it to put in the correct location. After that I started really liking it. Worked great with a strong hold and you could put the ring at any angle and it wouldn't move. After about 3 months of normal use the ring no longer has any tension and just flops around. So I checked thinking that paying 40 bucks for just a ring it would have a better warrantee but says 30 days. Just my luck. So I'm glad I waited to write the review. Loved the product but just doesn't last. Correction! After contacting the company they are sending me a replacement. Had to send it a picture and receipt which was easy enough. Glad to find a company standing by their product!

**Q: Will this work with quadlock system?**
A: I tried this with my quadlock standard case on a pixel 6. It went in, but did not lock in. The ring that quadlock sells on their website works better but does not have a magnetic function. Last I looked, Cyclegear sells it as well and will ship to store for free.

**Q: Will the magnet eventually damage the auto-focusing and ois in newer iphones permanently? i keep getting warning messages about this.**
A: I don’t know about damaging the auto focusing but you have to keep it clean as the magnet is very strong and having debris lodged around the tabs can damage your case. I’ve had mine for about 2 months now and I haven’t really noticed any issue with the auto focusing on my iPhone 12 Pro max

**Q: When will y'all make a pop socket that locks in but can use actual pop socket heads from the exchangeable ones?**
A: Probably never

**Q: Strong enough to magnetically hang large, heavy phone from drywall wall corners (which contain metal)? S20 ultra too heavy for built-in case magnet.**
A: Yes, the magnets are awesomely strong. However, as you put the ring in and out it will get loose and your phone will eventually fall off the ring.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service

Used the Rokform ring for several months, it works great. Locks in very securely. The magnet is impressively strong. It does happen to mess with a constellation app that uses the phones compass, but hardly an issue day to day. Rarely dropping my phone, I happened to do so at a grocery store (just onto tile) and the magnet shattered. I took photos of the ruined product and emailed Rokform directly. Within minutes I had an apology email and within days they had sent a replacement. Both the product and CS get 5/5 stars.
