Did you mean cannot break?** A: No they mean can break it. High uv days will make it brittle over time. And low temps will freeze it if it has any condensation or water in them and they can break. Just like how you have to empty out an in ground irrigation system before the winter. **Q: I have seen people complain that other tubing will not fit on Carpathen emitters; too small. The flexible tubes do work easily with the Drip Emitters if you put the tube in hot water for a few minutes or longer, but some tubes are inflexible and are indeed difficult to work with. Revised 6/7. Unfortunately they also pop out easily, so the ease of installation is negated by having to frequently re-connect.
