Is there any way that this could be used for actual water or only pretend?

Only pretend. Water would ruin it.

Can you only put one juice sleeve at a time? I’m wondering where to place the extra juice colors? Is there a place to stack them on the dispenser?

Yes, you can only put one juice in the cup at a time. When they aren't playing with it, we store one juice in each cup and the other two stacked in the dispenser. The second one does stick out.

How big are the Ice cubes? What are the dimensions?

Been looking for plastic ice cubes. Found these they are 1 in cubes, and the dispenser holds 1 3/8 so I guess they might fit. HOFA Reusable Smooth Plastic Ice Cubes White (Pack of 20)
