I found the author on Instagram and was thrilled she had a book! Recipes are easy to follow and delicious. I made farfalle, my daughter made garganelli and rigatoni. What a gorgeous book. My first thought was, do I really need another cookbook?! I'm so glad I did purchase. Not only is this book stunning, the recipes are well laid out with great pics and practical. I'm not sure I'd go as far as making happy faces on a Ravioli, but everything else, I would definitely try. I love that most of the ingredients are all natural. There's the odd 1-2 natural colour additives you can buy online, but that's basically it. Everything else can be found around my kitchen and what most of us already have on hand.
