In your gut, soluble corn fiber breaks down into fatty acids, which aid your bone health. **Q: I see that some people take less than the 1/2 teaspoon because 50 billion is too much. What does that mean?** A: It means that with 50 billion some people get indigestion. The thing most people don't seem to un derstand is that once you establish a healthy culture in your digestive tract, you just have to maintain it. 50 billion may be necessary to chase out the unwanted organisms, but 20 million is probably more than adequate for maintenance.
