My only complaint is that both benches had 1 very small imperfection in its oil wood finish that I had to hide by applying some teak oil. I didn't want to go with a medical shower chair, I wanted something nice that looked good and maintained her dignity. This does it. It is like a piece of fine furniture. The main reason we chose this chair was because of the adjustable rubber feet on it. We have a river rock floor in our shower, so I wanted something that would be really stable. The little feet on this roll out quit nicely, and it is very stable. I am so pleased with this purchase. I will be purchasing from this company in the future.
