They do well enough for my purposes, but I hoped for better. At least it does bring out the effect. One excellent thing about it I noticed is that is excellent is that the clip part is very well coated with the plastic materials so that they don't harm the glasses they clip to, and the fact that they are flip-up clip-on is really handy.
