I have used these to clean my plastic 1 gallon water jug but it says in the instructions to use 1 tablet for 1 litter of water so you will need 3 tablets for 1 gallon, but it worked great. **Q: Will this clean that black film I have on my CamelBak bite valve?** A: You can disassemble the bite valves and clean the black film. Three parts. **Q: Are these good for cleaning the inside of a plastic/metal electric hot water kettle? Need to get rid of calcium deposits, etc.** A: Absolutely!
