It requires you to sign in with a Microsoft Account when you do initial setup... but 3 days later it did a driver update and then the next time we turned it on, it couldn't sign into that account because the wifi was turned off and without logging in, you can't turn the wifi back on so it was essentially locked. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Charger wrong *by M*** on March 6, 2023* Laptop itself is good but it came with the wrong charger. Considering I ordered 2 and both came with the incorrect parts kind of annoying as now I have to source those parts with a separate price. Disappointed. ### ⭐ Slowest computer ever *by P***E on June 28, 2021* I bought this computer to take a test and it took hours to login, since it was so slow. My old computer that I have had for years is much faster when working in the same location with the same WiFi connection.
