**Q: I purchased 2 of these months ago and over time, they do not hold their original shape. Any suggestions to fix this?**
A: They aren’t perfect but still hold door shut

**Q: Will this withstand high temperatures? I'm looking to keep my oven door propped open but hold down the button to keep the light off with door open.**
A: I have no idea but curious as to why you would want to keep your oven door partially open when not in use. Works great on my washer in preventing musty odors though.

**Q: What does 8 liter capacity mean?**
A: Sounds like a mistake. Doesn't matter what size front loader you have. I have a very large front loader at 5.8. Maybe 8 cubic feet is for commercial machines.  Note when you open the door, the piece falls down and out of the way when doing laundry. After using the machine, be sure to try off the rubber inside the machine and inside the door. Then just turn the piece up to keep the door ajar.

**Q: Can you keep it on the mahine while it is running?**
A: Yes. The circle base is the magnet that stays in place(not permanent so can be moved).  The long arm is screwed onto it and bendable so u just move it out of the way when you’re doing laundry and return to yr desired position to prop door open. I bend it in S shape. Wish I’d discovered this sooner. Would’ve saved me lots of bruises and cleaning the tub.
