I have a gtx 1060 graphics card that is a few years old, but the picture quality, no matter which display I'm using, is clear and runs at 60 hz (gaming display runs at 120 hz). It does allow each monitor to work independently. Also this does not support hi deb or 4k. Only up to 1920 by 1080 **Q: will this work to extend 4 monitor display from my HP mini prodesk processor?** A: Mirror it, yes. Extend it to 4 monitors is totally up to the graphics board in the HP Mini. The HP EliteDesk 800 G4's with Intel graphics we have will only extend up to 3 monitors. I had to get a HP Z2 Mini G4 Workstation with NVIDIA® Quadro® P600 graphics in order to do an extended 4 monitor display. I would call HP support on your specific Mini to see what it can do.
