That's between 8-12 bathroom trips. He was able to independently pull it up and down without tearing the sides as he often had with other brands. When he did have an accident it held the pee well. Only draw-back was night use. I had to double up the diapers because it always leaked through. My son rolls around lots in his sleep and like most kids scratches and pulls on his genitalia. For a little boy, that means that his genitals can be moved from the front panel that absorbs urine well to the stretchy sides that are not designed for bowel movements or urine. I had to put a size 7 rascal and friends diaper as a liner inside the pull-up in order for effective nighttime "dryness". Overall 4/5 for us.
