This is a great book for self development of life from teens to adult. We don't learn all these things in school to prepare students for examinations and life beyond. The book shares many techniques in life such as to remain calm in case of panic or adversities. Mind mapping is also taught how to improve your life forward and the expectations, and preparations. My professor taught me mind mapping and I use this technique till today 48 years on. And events go well as plan with less surprises. The book teaches about focus on examination, mindfulness, and simple meditation as an exercise and others. In life we need to learn these techniques to keep moving forward with less stress, relax and keep going no matter how slow we are to complete the job. I bought this book as a gift for a teenage to help him preparing for his examination and life beyond..
