Loved their pancakes, and starting buying their mix in bulk when I found it available in stores and online. Their mix has the essential ingredients that I like in a mix - malted barley, baking powder, and fresh vanilla, and I go an added step occasionally and mix with a water/whole buttermilk mix for different texture (never found a good instant buttermilk. Haven't seen their flavored mix online in a while, which is unfortunate. Its been tough going trying everything under the sun. This one hit the spot. The recipe is a little mealy so I did cut the mix with a little extra water than called for on the bag. The ground vanilla beans in the mix makes for an interesting flavor and makes the overall pancakes very unique. Large size bag has allowed me to fix a number of wagon wheels for the family for several weekends running.
