There are 3 locations in the DFW area. In my town there is only the opportunity to exchange for a full tank rather than to to have it filled/topped off. The first place I went would not exchange it because there was no sticker on it so they said it could not be legally loaded on a commercial Truck. They said if I had a certified receipt saying it was empty they could do it. I have no reason to believe they were lying or wrong, it is just what they told me. The second place I went to looked at it funny, asked me about the tank. I told them it was brand new and had never been filled.
