It's one of my favorite remedies for aches and muscle pain. I did not try the ligament until about a year ago. I saw it at the check out stand as a local Asian market and bought it based on my previous admiration of the TB ointment.I do a lot of yard work and find that as I age my muscles don't bounce back like they used to. I like to rub the liniment on sore muscles. Relief comes I just a few minutes to aching muscles.My parents have been visiting and my mom has tried so many prescriptions for her aching legs. She's taking gabbapentan which provides moderate relieve. I ordered this product thinking it might help her during her sleep with the pain. She has been using it for almost a week now and says it eliminates the aches from her legs while sleeping. She has been finally able to have a night a uninterrupted sleep. I hope it continues to work for her.I love the smell but if you are sensitive to strong odors you may have an issue. This is what's on the bottle: active ingredients are 28% oil of wintergreen, 16% menthol and the inactive ingredients are eucalyptus oil, spike lavender oil, and light mineral oil. The expiration date is about 1.5 years from the date we received it. The bottle is 2 fluid ounces and my mom has used about 2/3 in this past week so the expiration date is not an issue. I am so happy this works for her aching legs. I have been having her put the TB ultra strength ointment on top.
