I thought it would be something he could do by himself if needed or in the car. Luckily, my two year old is just as obsessed with Daniel tiger so we use it every night with her now. But mainly just one story because she’s obsessed with baby Margaret and only wants that specific book. But she’ll occasionally press the button to listen to the songs. She has also figured out where the dial needs to be to hear her specific book and which button to press if she wants songs. So it’s pretty easy to navigate for a young child. There are two volume options which we all know as overstimulated parents is a huge plus. The music is clear and great and so are the stories. There is a little trolly ding after each page so you know when to turn the page.
