Perfect size for my 2 year old. I make fruit pops from actual fruit instead of just juice so she gets the fiber and micronutrients instead of just the sugar. I blend in some organic cold processed whey protein and the fruit masks the taste extremely well. Just run a little warm water over the bottom and squeeze from the bottom to pop them out. It took me a little practice but I have big dumb animal hands.My next endeavor is to try to mix vegetables in somehow. Something other than carrots because carrots are pretty high calorie for a veggie. Maybe something like rhubarb. Really wish I hadn't purchased it at all. It really is more difficult to get popsicles out of these molds without squishing them or making them to soft. I honestly wouldn't freeze baby food in them either. Just a pain to use and store in freezer.
