The company not only makes a great product but they have amazing customer service a integrity in their product. They corrected the issue I had with the one bulb very quickly and effortlessly. My faulty bulb had to be just an one off,(did not see anyone else with same glue issue in reviews) because my plants really enjoy this bulb and would definitely buy from them again. Integrity and good customer is S0 important to me. I am purchasing more, yes more. My plants love this light.It started secreting glue from the center of the bulb as the day went on. Plants ended up damaged and coated with glue. I have been using my remaining bulb and it's great it doesn't get too hot if placed in the correct distant. My plants are loving it, I've had no issues if weather was nice and put plants outside be at its Sunny. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Has a lil'drip but works Great! *by C***C on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on January 4, 2017* The bulbs work good except for one thing....they drip epoxy...The first few days of use you may find a long drop of epoxy dripping from the center hole on these. Not that you should ever touch these while in use as they are a bit hot but it may pose a risk of getting hot epoxy dripped on your hand. They stopped after about 3-4 days but was a little worry-some.Otherwise the plants seemed to love it and grew perfectly fine. They do make everything appear off color and would recommend a pair of UV glasses to protect your eyes as they may not seem like it but they are very bright and will leave you seeing spots if you don't. Turn them off if you are inspecting your plants otherwise you may miss tell-tell discoloration and it will help protect your eyes. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From University to Home: The Kyson Way *by S***C on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on May 13, 2016* No matter what others say, which is nothing but good news/reviews, you cannot beat someone who's life involved growing plants for research, production, and fun. That person would be me and here is what I see so far with the Kyson LED:-Like all other LEDs, do not accidentally screw it into a socket or reflector assembly with the power plugged in and the light facing you- will cause a quick blindness and "shock and awe" feel. 24W may sound little, but LEDs aren't your typical light.-The wavelengths are right on point for growing the plants due to my setup being near a window for testing and the plants wanted to go to the Kyson, which shows that there is the appropriate wavelengths necessary. Key is that they did not stretch, meaning that it wasn't the intensity that mattered due to it leafing out much quicker than when set by the window alone.-Comparable to the High Tech greenhouse LEDs that were designed, rigged, and tested at the university I attended and was involved in. So $30k for less than $20, what a deal.-Lastly, the light- if you were on the edge of getting it- is starting to ressurect my lettuce plants that were vibrant when the sun was out, then disappeared for much of the NorthEast for weeks on end.
