I decided to give these a try before long hot endurance runs since I've had some limited success with other probiotics and these worked great- better than other brands! I took these for a few days before, during and 1 day after the run with the other days of the week off. Got through the whole run without cramping or nausea and was able to eat during the run without side effects. Runs like this are a stress to the body while they are happening so, I figure, mimic stressors people might have from sources like job, family, school etc. If those stressors are messing with your gut, maybe these would help? All the caps came intact and the bottle safety sealed. Non-GMO. I don't like the caramel and carrageenan used to make the capsule but at leasts it's a vegetable based capsule and didn't cause any stomach upset.
