Not only is this stuff natural and doesn't contain garbage it works literally within about 20-30 minutes... Sometimes even within 10. It always kills my allergies on the spot... I sometimes take 2-3 though to just knock it out... I do find though it may not last all day and by the end of the day I find I need to pop two more before bed on crazy allergy days. Spring and fall just are miserable for me... I absolutely need allergy meds and this is such a huge upgrade over using bad chemicals from regular allergy meds. I'll do this any day or the week.
