Once this helps grow them, can I use as bottom coat on my own gel system. No filing.?** A: This product is FAKE. IT DOES NOT CONTAIN KERATIN AS ADVERTISED. Will this product keep them from splitting?** A: I had a split on a nail that i've had about 5 years, maybe longer. with the help of my manicurist, I started this product in January 2013 following her firm instructions.. for a month, I used it as directed on the bottle and every 7 days, removed it and started again.. I think the important thing is to make sure you clean your nails and cuticles with a nail brush and warm soap and water to make sure all the nail polish remover is cleaned off and the sooner to get the acetone off your hands the less is absorbed into the system.
