**Q: Are these for road bikes and mountain bikes?**
A: These are heavy duty tire levers that work for both road and mountain bike tires.

**Q: How much do these weigh?**
A: My pair was 2.01 oz. on a very accurate small digital scale. Well worth the extra oz over the all plastic Park tool  because their leverage advantage and with far less removal frustration on the road or in your shop.

**Q: I’m wondering if these would scratch carbon wheelsets**
A: I use mine on Zipp carbon wheels and you just have to be careful. 
I have not had any damage by using them

**Q: the core of the levers is steel cover with blue plastic? or only steel at the ends**
A: Levers are steel core with plastic covering
