It would print out of focus and had odd lines on the lower half of the picture. I just got the replacement today. After charging, it would start printing, and then a grinding noise before ejecting the paper and turning off. Restarted and it did the same thing. I decided to change cartridges and tried it again. It worked and printed a perfect picture. And that was it. The next 5 attempts were the same as the first 2, start, grind, eject paper and shutdown. Garbage but I had already purchased 4 boxes of paper. Got one 1 picture out of 8 so far. I will let it charge and try it one more time before returning. I have a canon with the same technology which is much better. I wanted this for smaller size prints (canon does 4x5) and more portable but useless if it can't print. Will decide if I reorder one more time or just give up and return everything and take a lost on the paper. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it was made to do. *by B***9 on January 26, 2017* I love it, just what I was hoping it would be. Really simple to set up and use. The pics are tiny but I expected that so I wasn't surprised. The only down side, is you have to re-format for every picture, which is few steps. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best product for travel. *by S***G on November 19, 2017*  I always make a photo book after my travel. Now I have a new way to print small size pictures of the places and events i enjoy and paste them into my photo book at any time.The printer is small enough to carry, and charges quickly. It's easy to load and seems to work consistently. I'm really impressed at the image quality for such a small, portable printer.
