The taste is delicious and soothing, especially during reflux flares, and it makes my mouth feels fresh and clean. Also good for dry mouth and anxiety surrounding these health issues. You get a lot of product for the price as well. As far as longevity--the initial taste burst dwindles as it does with all gum, but the gum does not become hard to chew and it does retain some flavor. After a few chews, it's like normal gum. I chew one or two since small right after meals and it does help with heartburn.
