Did you switch manufacturing or something? If so had it been resolved yet?** A: The problem was, it just said it was 4" in diameter, but did not point out that the 4" were outside diameter. The product itself is probably good. I needed an air vent hose with 4" inside diameter, so it can go over a pipe with 4". I wonder why somebody would be interested in the outside diameter for these hoses anyway. I ended up buying a non insulated hose at Home Depot, where I could take my own tape measure to see with my own eyes what I am buying. **Q: Has anyone else noticed that none of these are actually 25ft in length?** A: I had to send mine back, because of the diameter was not what I needed. There was some confusion, I had thought it would fit on a 4" connection, but it did not. So, I bought something else at a local store, where I could physically measure the ID. **Q: Can this be used as an hvac supply duct? (heating and ac)** A: If it can be used for a dryer vent, it CAN be used for HVAC , the dryer produces more heat that a home furnace. **Q: Come in white??** A: Hi there, Thank you for reaching out to us!
