A: No but it still sits like a statue in there. Its pretty neat.

A: The bottom has felt as well as soft rubber type cushions

**Q: How tall is this in inches?**
A: id say 4inches tall. 2 problems. 1. its wrapped. 2. i just pay for it, i didnt see it. im told about 4 inches tall. sorry. im just the guy who pays and stays out of the way way.
