Is the one gallon the largest? Is it wide mouth?

I believe the 3 liter is the largest jar in the clamp style. There are 3.78 liters in a gallon, so the jar is a little smaller than a gallon. Because of the clamp design, I do not believe there is a 'wide mouth' version but you would have to check with the manufacturer (I've never seen one). I have used these jars for both dry and liquid storage. They are awesome! Just be aware, they are not 'canning' jars. Some people will use them for water bath preservation, but they are not suited for pressure canning. If used for water bath you will want to follow manufacturer instructions for use and storage once opened.

Yes they are. Mason jars are far better compared to plastic not only are they eco friendly they also don’t include the chemical BPA which is used for making plastic. Also you can see what your canning or preserving through the glass.
