My only disappointment is the length. desertcart states the book is 448 pages, but it's quite obvious that this could not possibly be true. It is only 300 or so, and thus I felt a little bit cheated considering the price is ~$70 new. At any rate, a worthwhile use of residency book funds, and I can imagine that it would be perfect for flights when interviewing for positions or fellowships in preparation for board exams. There are no major updates, and the questions are the same. Find an old (within the last couple years) edition for cheap!
