It worked fine. It's a little louder than the old one. I knocked off a star because of the wiring and the increase in noise. It has very, very different wiring than my old blower motor, and it took me quite a while of studying various wiring diagrams to figure it out. The instructions were not helpful in this regard, I had to go online and do research. Even then, I wasn't totally certain it would work until I actually turned the thing on and it worked. The instructions could use improvement on the wiring front. It was quite a bit of work to install, but that would have been true regardless.
