The Stanley hinge came in a 2-pack and was super-easy to install -- just screw it in to the post and gate. I thought it was a little pricey, but then, again, I am not used to buying anything other than plain old manual hinges. The instructions say that the Stanley hinges should be the ONLY hinges on the gate, but I was too lazy to remove the old hinges (they are reasonably new). I installed the new hinges in addition to the old ones. Everything works great, but it is important to align the new hinges with the old ones. You don't want any binding.
