does this toilet have a macerater or does it need one?

It doesn't not come with a macerater pump. That is a separate item that pumps waste from the tank out into the ocean. The hand pump on this toilet pumps the waste into the holding tank. This is a great toilet. Although I've inly used it a few times.

wiil this mount on the same bolt holes as a Jabsco?

I replaced a jabsco. The bolt up was not exact, but pretty dang close. I only had to realign the front left side hole. You should make out okay as long as you are replacing approximately the same size head

Are replacement parts available for this toilet?

No. It’s pretty much meant to be disposable. A standard-sized joker valve seems to fit. The pump-mounting gasket/flapper valve is proprietary and doesn’t match any others I’ve seen. If you remove the pump from the base to replace it, you break the screw threads in the base and it’ll leak. When it’s time to rebuild it, it’s best just to buy another whole toilet.
