I have very irregular and usually very heavy periods. I struggle with not leaking during the night even with a night-time pad and tampon. These cloth pads are not only INSANELY better for the environment, but also better for your bodily health down there and I have not leaked ONCE while using these. I think I have had them almost a year, and they've been a godsend. Very easy to clean, they're discreet, and I honestly have peace of mind when I wear them.That being said, you do need to figure out how to place them. Sometimes it is a little bit of a bother making sure they stay in place as you put on your panties, but once your done, they stay in place.
