The hanging strap it comes with means you can take this anywhere and it's perfect if you have a power rack and a bench. If you have just a power rack and you buy this pulley system you have an entire gym at your disposal! It's sturdy and holds a lot of weight so you can do Lat Pull-down, triceps pull downs , one armed curls, chest press, basically anything you need to get absolutely shredded!
