One of the three had a split shoulder strap - thought that would be the winner - but it didn't hold his arm securely against his chest well enough and was somewhat uncomfortable. The other we tried was very uncomfortable for him, and left red marks on his neck. This one ticks all the boxes. I put it on him and he immediate said "That's better!". It's breathable, he found the arm pouch quite comfortable, and the Velcro strap is really easy to adjust. It held his arm securely against his chest, and completely removed the tug on his shoulder from the weight of his arm. No neck pain. He was even able to sleep with it! Highly recommended.
