It blows up pretty quick with a pump. I love the tube in the bottom to drain water easily. It’s a decent depth so u don’t have to worry about water spilling out. With all that being said, I don’t know if there’s a way to make the neck rest more comfortable but it’s definitely not comfortable at all the way it is. I usually soak for about 20 minutes. It was so awkward I only lasted 10. It’s a good product, especially for the price.
