For the price I thought they were great. I had to trim up some bushes with thorns and these tackled the job with no problem.The gloves are only available in one size. I am a female and do not have huge hands but usually go for the larger size. These fit me fine with some room to spare. If you are a woman with tiny hands you might swim in these. They might be a little tight on a man but since the top stretches the would probably fit just about anyone.I loved the gloves for outdoor use.
