Review: Seems to work! I’m now the obnoxiously newly converted. - I was skeptical. Watched the video, the story appealed to me. It made sense that we evolved being in contact with the electro-magnetic fields generated by our planet. These fields protects us from solar winds, guide migratory birds…they r real. We r now, for the most part, insulated from them. If this could minimize the aches and pains of getting older, it was worth the investment of a few bucks. From the 1st night’s use I was a believer. I feel I’m sleeping better, the nagging inflammation in most of my joints is less noticeable & feel I’ve more energy throughout my day. I purchased 1/2 a mat & run it perpendicular to bed along the bottom on top of the sheets. Allows contact through my feet/lower legs w/o being too noticeable. I do not know if it’s a placebo effect, & really do not care. Sleeping better, feeling better…these ends justify the means. 😉 UPDATE: Still obnoxiously enthusiastic about the grounding mat! Six months of use has turned back the clock on the inflammation in my joints. I had started to repeat the line l had heard for decades from my father, “Everything hurts!”. It does make making the bed slightly more annoying — but it’s absolutely worth it. My Experience I initially tried a smaller mat and didn’t notice much. The larger sleep mat made a real difference. **Q: Where is this made?**
A: USA.

**Q: Is it comfortable to sleep on top of?**
A: Yes.  The mat itself is very comfortable to the touch.  If you put it on top of the bottom sheet, you wear pajamas, so very little of bare skin touches it.  If you put it under the sheet, you don't need to wear pajamas.

**Q: It shows you can place the mat at your feet, across bottom of the mattress for 2 people. How do you keep the mat from sliding around placed that way?**
A: You can only do that if your mat has 2 long elastic bands sewn at each end to go under the mattress so it does not move

**Q: “How to clean urine from the XL twin bed mat?? Child pee’d the bed, the mat was directly under the child, no sheet was over it. ”**
A: Can use peroxide and water . Equal parts in spray bottle and spray…wait a few minutes to be sure to get it good. Just soap might not get out urine smell. Some say you have to have enzymes… but I am positive peroxide and water is useful to clean anything and everything safely. Does not cause risk to people, animals, or the environment. Much better than bleach, enzyme cleaners(which are products made mostly  to remove our pets urine, not all are made safely), Mr.clean,Lysol, etc…must be sure to mix with water because peroxide alone can take your skin off..but mixed with water is safe. For urine I say to use equal parts because normally you would need an enzyme. But for everything else…not so much peroxide. Less works wonders.  You can flush your body out with peroxide and water. Remove years of stool and all the stains from smoking and drugs and alcohol buildup…what would normally take years to clean you can do safely and quickly with peroxide and water. That’s probably why it’s number one on the element chart.

⸻ I had high hopes for this grounding mat, but unfortunately, it’s been a disappointing experience. The mat itself is made of a solid vinyl-like material that doesn’t breathe, so if your skin touches it directly at night, it can make you sweat and feel uncomfortable. Customer service was also lacking. I couldn’t get any help through Amazon, so I tracked down the company’s website to confirm whether I had received a legitimate product and to learn how to test if it was even working. The woman I spoke with seemed irritated by my questions, didn’t have the information I needed, and although she said the owner would follow up with me, no one ever did. I purchased this because I love the concept of earthing and hoped it would help reduce inflammation—but since I started using it, my joints have actually felt worse. I’ve now stopped using it to see if things improve. I’m not sure if the mat caused the issue, but I can’t recommend this product based on my experience. also, the book that came with the mat, completely fell apart. I haven’t even read it.
